A hand-carved pipe with a rounded bowl, carved rim, and a gently rising shank.

The plateau rim leaves the edge of the briar natural, while the segmented transition into the black stem creates a quiet contrast. The wooden part of the ring design is made up of a multitude of tiny briar pieces; surplus material from the cutting. The chamber is lined with pipe cement and powdered activated charcoal.

Each pipe is shaped and finished by hand in the Kaufeldt workshop on the Swedish west coast.
